Ancient Mesopotamia Pictures
These pictures were taken in the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts in Moscow. They show some of the same things we saw in the video today in class.
Cuneiform – Ancient Mesopotamian writing on clay tablets. Based on triangles.
A relief (a sort of sculpture/carving).
Look in each picture to see the chair and the fan for an idea of how tall these sculptures are!
